SimplePart is looking for a full time Web Implementer to help us turn digital designs into web code using Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Java and CSS. We build parts catalog websites for car and motorcycle dealers. Our underlying framework provides the guts – functionality, navigation and catalog – for these websites. You will be responsible for deploying pixel-perfect designs and customizations on top of that structure, and working with our Implementation, Content, Design and Development teams to create unique personalities for each dealership website.

We will provide training and our Design team will provide the designs you’ll work from, but you should start out familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable slicing up comps and implementing to HTML, Java and CSS.

We are car and motorcycle people, similar to our clients and end customers using the websites we build. We repair, race, ride, restore and turn wrenches. Experience with or an interest in cars, motorcycles, motorsports, power-sports or dealerships is critical to doing well in this environment.

Our ideal candidate will have formal art school training (or equivalent industry experience) and a simple, clean, modern design aesthetic. Candidates must be able to explain their use of color theory, typography, layout principles, and general design theory in the creation of their work.   • Ensure our platform stays current with industry standards and evolving techniques by staying up-to-date on SEM best practices

Requirements:

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a creative curiosity
  • BS or BA in Economics, Finance, Math or a closely related field
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing AdCenter, eBay commerce network, and 3rd party SEM management tools are not required but will receive special consideration
  • AdWords certified applicants are very desirable
