Dealer Experience Manager (Bilingual)

Atlanta, GA

Salary $30,000 - $40,000

SimplePart is searching for a Dealer Experience Manager to join our team and help provide training, support, and good old-fashioned customer service to our auto and motorcycle dealership clients via phone, email, and live/video chat. Our objectives here are different from most - we want you to spend time getting to know our clients, paying attention to details, and making sure clients are profitable and happy. This is NOT a call center environment; we work with our clients transparently and as partners to grow and solve problems. You are the key to that relationship, and will be a central point of contact for our dealers and the face of our organization.

A successful candidate will:

  • Be fluent in both English and Spanish or French, spoken and written
  • Be able to comfortably communicate with dealership personnel at all levels
  • Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have a comfortable, friendly, and relaxed phone manner with clients
  • Be able to communicate with clients who have varying degrees of technical expertise
  • Be able to get to the root of complex problems quickly and communicate solutions clearly
  • Ensure all issues are documented and resolved with a strong sense of urgency
  • Serve as a liaison between developers to expedite high priority support requests

As the Dealer Experience Manager, you would:

  • Implement new client accounts into the SimplePart system.
  • Answer phone calls regarding dealer questions about account set up and more.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on inquiries or requests to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with the development team to process support requests
  • Work with others on your team to create comprehensive training material for new clients
  • Check-in on clients and maintain a constant channel of communication to ensure dealership success

Special consideration will be given to candidates with Auto/Powersports Dealership experience, Account management experience, Customer Service Background, a degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.This is a fun, fast-paced, close-knit environment with plenty of room to grow and be creative.   • Minimum 5+ years experience
  • Recognized expertise in UX design, with expert knowledge of the design programs required for that discipline
  • Comprehensive portfolio exhibiting exceptional use of typography, color, imagery and design theory
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of how to implement your concepts with HTML/CSS

  • BFA/MFA or equivalent industry experience

Qualifications:

SimplePart is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate has a desire to learn about detailed online advertising strategies as well as the specific language and tactics most effective in the automotive industry. As a Digital Marketer, you will be a part of organizing and maintaining our current projects to help the SEM group reach Return-on-Investment goals for our clients. You will learn to maintain automotive part-specific advertising in Google Adwords to stimulate OEM auto part sales for our clients. In addition, you will carefully monitor the processes and data behind our current clients’ campaigns to ensure they are active and running quality advertising. A careful attention to procedures is a large part of this role, which has room for upward growth. A prospective Digital Marketer should be comfortable and proficient with Excel and Google’s suite of products. A general proficiency with numbers and data will be expected.

SimplePart is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & SEO Copywriter with a passion for creative writing and a love of all things automotive. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who can write concisely, clearly and without hesitation about a wide variety of automotive and powersports brands and related industry subjects. As the Marketing & SEO Copywriter, you will be responsible for understanding the marketing strategy of our clients and communicating to car and motorcycle owners across all platforms, no matter what the make of their ride might be.

We're looking for someone who can blend original, eye-catching writing with scientifically-sound principles of SEO as a means of improving usability and engaging users. We are a company of analysts and creatives working side-by-side, and our content needs to be as unique and fresh as it is data-driven. We need someone who bleeds motor oil--someone who knows as much about repairing their car as they know about the brand language of their car’s manufacturer.

You must be able to write about vehicles in a way that is knowledgeable and on-brand, but also in such a way that the average owner can understand and relate to your content. This position requires you to be a lifelong learner: SEO, much like writing itself, is dynamic and nuanced, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date on new trends in e-commerce, the automotive industry and SEO as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Write on-page content for car dealerships and manufacturers about specific makes, models, categories, and parts.
  • Adjust previously written content to be more in line with brand standards.

Inside Sales Representative

Atlanta, GA

Salary $25,000 - $40,000

SimplePart is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative to help us reach out to new prospective customers, build leads and track sales performance within the Sales Department. This position will primarily consist of cold calls and CRM tracking. Once up to speed, we expect this person to make between 30 and 50 calls per day. There is potential to grow in this position and get involved with trade shows, business development, dealer training and other areas.

We are car and motorcycle people, similar to our clients and end customers using the websites we build. We repair, race, ride, restore and turn wrenches. Experience with or an interest in cars, motorcycles, motorsports, powersports or dealerships is critical to doing well in this role.

Other Skills and Responsibilities

  • Be extremely comfortable cold calling, and making a connection.
  • Must be able to make 30-50 calls per day and track your results.
  • Energetic outgoing personality with a positive can do attitude.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Strong learning aptitude and ability to think outside the box.
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer skills - background with insightly.com a plus.
  • Familiar with Excel/Google Docs.

Strong Candidates will likely have experience in one or all of these areas:

  • Extensive professional experience selling - building leads and outbound cold-calling.
  • Experience selling marketing services in a digital agency.
